Ready. Set.
Let’s Grow!
Welcome!
We are dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. We understand that each stage of development brings its own unique set of needs, and our goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space for growth and healing. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, struggles with peer relationships, or adjusting to life changes, therapy can offer meaningful tools and a safe place to process big feelings.
At Planting Seeds Therapy, we use a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of our core methods and is used across all age groups to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping skills, and manage emotions more effectively. For younger children, we incorporate play therapy and expressive techniques that support emotional expression and understanding through developmentally appropriate methods. For adolescents and adults, we integrate CBT along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies to help build self-awareness, emotion regulation, and improve peer relationships. We also offer parent coaching and family support, recognizing that lasting progress often starts at home. Growth begins with connection, and we are here to help nurture that growth for you and your family every step of the way.
