Ready. Set. Let’s Grow!
Child, Adolescent, & Family Therapy
Sarasota, FL
Welcome!
At Planting Seeds Therapy in Sarasota, FL, we provide child and teen therapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating life’s challenges and transitions. We understand that each stage of development brings unique needs, and our goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space for growth and healing. We work with concerns including anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, peer relationship struggles, and life changes, offering children and teens a safe place to process big feelings while building confidence and coping skills.
Our approach is tailored to each individual, using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and manage emotions more effectively. For younger children, we incorporate play therapy and expressive techniques to support emotional understanding in developmentally appropriate ways. For adolescents, we integrate CBT with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies to build self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. We also offer parent coaching and family support, recognizing that meaningful, lasting progress often begins at home. Growth begins with connection, and we are here to help nurture that growth for you and your family every step of the way.
