As someone who works with children, teens, and families, I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone feels safe, supported, and—yes—even comfortable enough to laugh sometimes. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or intimidating; the best work happens when we’re real, relaxed, and connected.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Throughout my training, I’ve worked primarily with children and adolescents navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, peer relationship struggles, and life transitions. Whether it’s a meltdown over homework or adjusting to a big change, I help kids (and their grown-ups) feel more equipped and understood.

With a background in sports, I value teamwork, showing up, and building resilience through the ups and downs. I bring that same mindset into therapy—collaborative, encouraging, and focused on celebrating small wins along the way. Growth isn’t always linear, and that’s perfectly okay. My approach is warm, playful, and rooted in evidence-based practices that meet each child where they are developmentally and emotionally.

LET’S GROW!
